FINAL Floating Home Marina Landlord Tenant Subcommittee Meeting – Tigard

One of the MH Coalition facilitators is drafting the marina issues bill language right now.  He is taking his best pass on what he understands floating home tenants and landlords currently agree on and want to submit for (hopeful) voting into law in early 2019.

This is our final opportunity to make changes to the intent, clarify the language, and provide input on various ways this legislation could affect floating home owners, etc.

If you haven’t come to a Coalition or Subcommittee meeting before and would like to better understand the issues so that you feel confident in making informed commentary during this final Subcommittee meeting, please plan on attending the Tenant-Only Prep Meeting on October 22nd in St. Johns.  We will review all the proposed law changes and overview what is at stake from a floating home owner perspective.
